Physique 1
3 Days per week with 1 Accessory Day
12 Week Program
3 Training Blocks of 4 weeks
Physique 1 is a 12-week introduction to hypertrophy and strength training designed to enhance body composition.
This program progresses through three 4 week training blocks that use circuit and superset training to steadily improve body composition and enhance overall physique. Physique 1 has 3 training days per week and and optional accessory day. You will build consistency, refine your technique, and challenge your muscles through balanced, high-volume sessions designed to sculpt and strenthen your entire body.
Learn to Lift
3 Days per week
12 Week Program
4 Training Blocks of 3 weeks
Learn to Lift is a 12-week program aimed at progressing you from bodyweight to barbell in 12 weeks. If you have no idea where to start but want to lift, this program is for you. Designed to properly progress you safely in the gym with 3 days a week of strength training.
Foundations
5 Days per week (3 Strength/ 2 Cardio)
9 Week Program
3 Training Blocks of 4 weeks
Foundations builds a solid base by increasing work capacity, improving muscle symmetry, and addressing weak links to reduce injury risk and improve long-term performance. It’s ideal for any lifter- beginner to advanced.
It’s important to run this program one time during the course of a year.
Physique Abs
3 Days per week
8 Week Program
10-15 minutes each
Physique Abs is an 8 week Program designed to strengthen your entire core not just the abdominal muscles but also strengthening the back and glutes to provide a strong trunk.
This Program offers 3 days per week with a bonus day that focuses on the back and glutes. Each workout is only 10-15 minutes and can easily be done alone or before or after a strength or cardio workout.

As a certified holistic nutritionist and health coach, she is passionate about helping people feel stronger, heal more effectively, and age with vitality. For as long as she can recall, It has been her dream to create a platform and share the techniques and programming, that she has used and often shared, to build a strong and healthy physique.
