Meet the Founder: Lanita Fannin

Courthouse Physique was founded by Lanita Fannin, a certified holistic nutritionist and health coach whose passion for health optimization was born from her own journey.

Like many people, Lanita reached a point where “doing all the right things” still didn’t feel right. Through deep personal exploration, testing, and education, she uncovered her own hormone imbalances, lifestyle stressors, and metabolic roadblocks—and realized how profoundly they affected energy, body composition, mood, and long-term health.

Instead of accepting this as “just part of aging,” Lanita committed herself to learning why it was happening and what could be done about it.

Today, she spends countless hours researching emerging science, studying longevity strategies, and staying at the forefront of nutrition, hormone health, peptides, and lifestyle optimization. Her work is driven by one goal: helping others avoid unnecessary decline and take control of their health before problems become diagnoses.

Lanita’s coaching style blends science with practicality—education with compassion. She understands firsthand that real health isn’t about perfection; it’s about informed choices, personalized strategies, and consistent progress.
